Kyle
Baudour
Senior Marketing Technology Manager
I work in the space between what marketing wants and what the tools can actually do.
Marketing operations and technology, hands-on. I build the stack, the data and the automation that turn a marketing idea into something that ships and something you can measure. Then I document it and hand it over so it runs without me.
02 — Who I Am
"I do my best work when the problem is real, the constraints are honest, and the team is aligned on what good looks like."
I have spent close to a decade in the seat between what marketing wants to build, what sales needs to see and what IT can actually deliver. That seat is where the real work happens. I architect MarTech stacks. I design the lead lifecycle and attribution systems underneath them. I build the AI workflows that take the busywork off the team.
Not the most polished stack wins. The most structured one does. I have watched it play out in every system I have touched, and it comes down to one thing: build the foundation right and everything on top of it gets easier.
More about me →
03 — Focus
- → MarTech architecture and stack ownership. I run the whole stack, not one corner of it.
- → Lead lifecycle, scoring and attribution. The plumbing that connects a click to a closed deal.
- → AI workflows and automation. Practical builds with Claude and OpenAI that give the team its time back.
- → Data governance. Clean, defined data is what makes everything else, personalization included, actually work.
